Susan McCarthy is an author, CPA and the Chief Financial Officer of The Potter's House. Reared in Ohio in a noisy house of nine, Susan grew up learning how to make one dollar stretch into ten. She draws upon her personal experiences to humorously teach and instruct simple grass roots personal development principles. From a Biblical perspective, she teaches strategies for time and money stewardship which came in handy while building the accounting department of The Potter's House from scratch. Her goal is to encourage and inspire people to change their habits that will guide them towards personal freedom. Fritzi Woods is the President & CEO of Prime Source Food Service Equipment, one of the largest women-owned and black-owned companies in the United States. Previously in her career as a Controller with Motorola Manufacturing, Fritzi was responsible for the financial reporting and analysis of over $5 billion in sales. As Executive Vice-President and CFO of the Dallas Morning News, she directly oversaw sales and marketing efforts representing over $500 million in revenue.

Kelly J Shackelford serves as President of the Free Market Foundation and Chief Counsel of its legal division.

Before joining Free Market Foundation in 1997, Shackelford was the Regional Coordinator for the Southwest and Mid-America regions of the Rutherford Institute (1993-1997) and the Director of Texas Rutherford (1989-1992).

Shackelford has argued before the U.S. Supreme Court and has testified before the U.S. Congress and the Texas Legislature. He served as clerk for the U. S. district Court for the Northern District of Texas. Shackelford earned the highest unadjusted GPA in his Baylor Law School class and was a cum laude graduate of Baylor University undergraduate school. He is a member of "Who's Who International."

Faith Johnson is the first African-American female in the State of Texas to be appointed to the position of State Criminal District Court Judge. Faith was appointed to the bench by Governor Bill Clements in 1989. Faith Johnson is a pioneer. She is the first African-American female to attain the highly regarded status of Chief Felony Prosecutor in the Dallas County District Attorney's Office. Her tenure at the District Attorney's Office spanned over seven years and her tenure on the bench spanned 17 years.

Faith Johnson is from Atlanta, Georgia and is the youngest of thirteen children. She received her Bachelors of Arts degree in Psychology and her Masters of Education in Community Counseling from Georgia State University. Faith received her Juris Doctor from Thurgood Marshall School of Law, Texas Southern University in 1980. She was admitted to the State Bar of Texas and U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas in 1980. She has held positions of psychological counselor, attorney, Assistant District Attorney, Chief Felony Prosecutor of the Child Abuse Unit and State Criminal District Court Judge.

As a State Criminal District Court Judge, Faith Johnson handled an average of 1600 felony cases annually since her appointment in 1989. She was instrumental in reducing crime throughout Dallas County by instituting a Drug Day Program, incarcerating felons, public speaking, exposing metroplex school children to courtroom procedures, conducting workshops to familiarize ministers with legal procedures, and conducting crime prevention seminars. All of her community service activities were done on a volunteer basis.

Linda Armstrong Kelly's life story is captivating audiences everywhere. Her son, seven-time Tour de France Champion Lance Armstrong, credits her as the unsung hero who assisted him in reaching his spectacular cycling victories - and in his triumph over cancer. Lance says Linda is his role model.

Linda's mission is to inspire, motivate, challenge and entertain others. In her book NO MOUNTAIN HIGH ENOUGH-Raising Lance, Raising Me, she writes about her early life as a teenage mother, living in poverty, trying her best do the right thing while raising an unstoppable 10-lb. baby boy. A tireless advocate for children and survivors, she tells powerful and humorous stories about how children become who they are; what parents can do to inspire, support and challenge their children; what it really means to kids to set goals and achieve them; and, why accountability is so important. She can also speak powerfully to timely and tough issues like teen pregnancy, single motherhood, domestic abuse and substance abuse.

Linda is a loyal supporter of the Lance Armstrong Foundation (LAF). She has represented the LAF at several events and frequently makes appearances at LAF fundraisers. Linda has also conducted media interviews on the LAF's behalf.

After spending 15 years with Ericsson Microelectronics as a global account manager, Linda is now dedicating her time to writing, public speaking, assisting nonprofit organizations and fundraising. In 1999, she was the recipient of Ericsson's Mother of the Year award and was recognized as one of "America's most fascinating women" in Ladies Home Journal magazine. In 2005, Linda was the subject of a one-hour television biography on TLC entitled, Raising A Champion: The Linda Armstrong Kelly Story. Her recent television appearances include "The Dr. Phil Show," CNN, and ESPN. Linda's biography recently aired on The Learning Channel. She's been featured in national magazines such as People, The New Yorker, USA Today, Ladies Home Journal, Us, and Texas Monthly, as well as many local newspaper, radio programs, and television news shows. Recently, Linda appeared as a panelist at the Texas Conference for Women and was a featured author at the 2005 Texas Book Festival.
