He also held consulting positions with two premier firms: Booz, Allen & Hamilton and William Mercer. His last corporate post was as Vice President for Physician Reliance Network, one of the fastest growing NASDAQ companies at the time. Lee earned his Master's and Doctoral degrees in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from George Washington University after graduating from Florida State University. Lee has authored seven books, including two best sellers. His practical advice has appeared in a wide variety of on-line and print publications including the Financial Times, Networld, Healthweek, Wholesale Drug Magazine, Dallas Morning News and Stores. Lee's passion and enthusiasm create turbo-charged presentations and workshops that are energizing and engaging.

Lee J. Colan, PhD is President of the L Group, Inc., a Dallas-based consulting firm. Lee possesses an in-depth understanding of business, people and organizations. He blends this understanding with his corporate management experience to help leaders and companies grow. Devi Titus is a leader of leaders who has a heart for women. She is an international conference speaker and author who founded THE MENTORING MANSION which focuses on creative home management and vital relationship skills. Devi is committed to "restoring the dignity and sanctity of the home”. She created and published THE HOME EXPERIENCE and is a contributing author of, HELP—I'M A PASTOR'S WIFE, and HOW TO LOVE YOUR HUSBAND, published by Creation House and FREE TO SOAR, published by Regal. She co-authored with her husband, Larry Titus, WHEN LEADERS LIVE TOGETHER, published by Living Smart Resources. Her new release is THE TABLE EXPERIENCE. Devi partnered with her husband to establish five churches and has had nearly 80 men and women live in their home over their 45 years of marriage. Some were from prison or off the streets, while others just came to be disciples. "Follow me as I follow Christ" is the theme of their lives. She currently serves as President of the Global Pastor's Wives Network, founded by Vonette Bright of Campus Crusade for Christ. As a born again, unapologetic, politically incorrect public servant, Dorothy Burton is a professional speaker, bible teacher and writer whose passion is to equip, encourage and inspire people – particularly servant leaders, to move beyond pettiness, politics and past failures to purpose. A respected leader who loves people, Dorothy is the first African-American to be elected to the Duncanville, Texas City Council and has been twice elected Mayor Pro Tem by her peers. She is currently serving her fourth term on the Council. Dorothy is Chairman of the Board for the Dallas Central Appraisal District, having been unanimously appointed to the Board by the Dallas County Commissioners Court to represent Dallas County. She serves on the National League of Cities Women in Municipal Government Board of Directors and is the Assistant Regional Director for Region 11 of the National Black Caucus of Local Elected Officials (a region comprised of the states of Texas, Oklahoma and New Mexico). Councilwoman Burton earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and a Master of Arts in Urban Affairs from the University of Texas at Arlington, and was selected as the 2006 UTA Outstanding African-American Alumna. She is a graduate of Leadership Texas and attends Dallas Theological Seminary where she is pursuing a Master of Arts in Christian Education. Her first book, Why We Fall (Dailey Swan Publishing, Inc.) will be released in spring 2011. Dorothy and her husband Michael have been married for 25 years and have one daughter. They attend Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship in Dallas. |

Darlene Ellison has over 20 years of experience in the combined fields of child psychology and business, as well as serving as an avid volunteer in the areas of child abuse and domestic violence prevention. Darlene brings a unique “twist” to her motivational message to business women across the country as a result of her own experiences as the ex-wife of a child predator, arrested in 2005 in a very public unfolding of an undercover FBI operation. Darlene has been featured on The Oprah Winfrey Show, 20/20 and Dateline NBC, as well as in Dallas’ D Magazine. Years as a Development Consultant, as well as her more recent professional role as the Vice President of Business Development for Professional Bank, N.A., have allowed her to create a unique business development strategic plan that focuses on niche positioning and High Touch customer service. She is also the founder and coordinator of two award-winning community Women In Business organizations that help women business owners and executives gain personal and professional growth. As an extension of these programs, she has created the Future Women In Business internship program for college-aged women. Darlene is the author of the award-winning book, “The Predator Next Door…Detect, Protect and Recover from Betrayal” and is a nationally sought-out speaker . She was recently honored as the 2009 Greater East Dallas Chamber of Commerce’s Entrepreneur of the Year. Her new book, “Create Your Own Current” is scheduled for release in February 2011. |

Debbie Rasa has served as Director and Partner in the dynamic growth and overall success of Rasa Floors and Carpet Cleaning over the past seven years. Before moving into Director and Partner role, she was an integral part of the everyday business where she received numerous awards, set company records, and achieved top salesperson status for the company. Recognized as an accomplished and experienced trainer, Debbie continues to provide consulting and outstanding people and customer service skills throughout the organization. Debbie also serves as President on the board of directors for “Lifelines Foundation.” She enthusiastically gives of her time in the area of public awareness, education, and prevention of eating disorders. She is considered a community activist and has traveled to Austin, and Washington D.C., lobbying to local, state, and national officials, on the tough issues such as the “Mental Health Parity Act” which was just recently passed after years of controversy. Debbie’s true passion is that of helping others for the Lord, whether it’s helping someone grow a small business, becoming more successful in sales or going on a mission trip to Zambia, “to visit the widows and the orphans in their distress” (James 1:27)…Debbie wants to help. She has been actively involved in serving on the North Texas Tres Dias team and volunteers her time on local and social charitable events. Debbie also plans to finish her private pilot training in 2010 as she currently co-pilots for her husband Michael! |
