Christy WilkersonAfter 29 Trips to Israel - What I've Learned

Christy Wilkerson has been the International Administrator for Maoz Israel Ministries, a Messianic Jewish ministry for 24 years.  With a rich, godly heritage, Christy’s grandmother was a one-on-one evangelist, traveling door to door in Denver, Colorado, sharing in the Jewish community for 30 years about the love of Yeshua, Jesus, their Messiah, and gave Moshe Rosen, founder of Jews for Jesus, his first Bible.

When Christy was a young woman, she was listening to the radio to a powerful bible teacher, and just whispered to the Lord, “God, I would like to be like that teacher, affecting lives for the Kingdom.”  God answered her, “I want you to be like your Grandmother.”

Several years later, that word from the Lord became reality, as God partnered her with Ari and Shira Sorko-Ram who lived and served in Tel Aviv.  Little did she know that serving Maoz Israel Ministries would give her the opportunity to bless Israel in many ways, and, in fact, become the overriding passion of her life—to see all of Israel saved…as promised in the Scriptures.  Christy is an administrator extraordinaire, overseeing offices in the USA, Israel, Canada, England, Brazil, Mexico and Germany, and regularly is called to consult with other non-profit organizations regarding marketing and stewardship.

In 2002, Christy was instrumental in launching istandwithisrael.com, a humanitarian aid project
Bringing tangible help, hope, and healing through aid to orphans, widows, and terror victims, as well as Jewish and Arab believers who need job training, language training, or help getting established in their believing communities all over Israel.  This project has raised and distributed $4,000,000 over the last 10 years and is endorsed by Jack Hayford, Michael Little, Pat Robertson, Marcus and Joni Lamb and a host of other lovers of Israel.

Christy has been married for 39 years to Ray, men’s basketball coach at Northwood University, has two grown sons – one a coach and one an attorney, two incredibly gifted daughters-in-law, and three adorable granddaughters.

Shani Sorko-RamSpecial Guest: Shani Sorko-Ram Ferguson

Shani Sorko-Ram Ferguson is an exceptional Israeli young woman. She was born in Israel. She went to Israeli schools. She grew up in a Messianic Jewish home, with believing parents, Ari and Shira Sorko-Ram, and she is the granddaughter of Gordon and Freda Lindsay, founders of Christ for the Nations.

As a teenager she was unexpectedly released from the Israeli Army and sensing that the Lord had a special assignment for her life, she enrolled at Brownsville School of Revival in Pensacola, Florida. There she was immersed in a lifestyle of holiness, 24/7 prayer, worship and evangelism . There she began fine tuning her talents in worship and the arts, and began to develop a deep burden for her own Israeli people. And there, she met her husband born in Dallas and raised in Alabama, who also was a musician, and had a call to Israel and the Jewish people.

They married, moved to Israel, and live in Jerusalem where they are raising their 4 beautiful children. Although very busy raising 3 girls and 1 boy (finally), she and her husband, Kobi, founded Yeshua Israel Ministries, dedicated to reaching their generation of Israelis with the truth of their Messiah.

Shani is a recording artist, and has recorded two albums, Close, and Garden of Secrets, which features her soulful, inspiring, and uplifting Israeli music. Her music truly relates to the new generation of believers in Israel and around the world, and she is accompanied by some of the best and the brightest Messianic musicians living in Israel today.

Shani is a gifted communicator and writer, as well. She and Kobi produce a monthly communication regarding all things going on in the Middle East (www.yeshuaisrael.com). She is an avid vlogger (that’s video editorial) commenting on up-to-the-minute events in Israel. Her style is witty and satirical, but potent and brazenly truthful.

Shani is truly equipped to reach her generation in Israel with the Gospel.

LaDonna GatlinTune Up Your Life!

LaDonna literally grew up on stage singing with her brothers--the legendary Gatlin Brothers.  In the early 1970’s the Gatlins took their family harmony to Nashville.  But a detour appeared on the road to stardom…LaDonna got married.  At this defining moment, she realized that success for her could be measured in a different way.  So she took a giant leap of faith, chose to follow her heart, and “sing a different song” apart from her brothers.
A seasoned professional, LaDonna has shared her message from corporate powerhouses to the prison cells of death row.   She truly speaks from the heart with stories that are the stuff of life, driving home common sense wisdom for everyday living in the process.  Her presentations educate, inspire and entertain and are an unforgettable experience for her audiences!

LaDonna has recorded 4 solo CD’s and is a contributing writer to the best-selling book series Chicken Soup for the Soul.   Her new book is The Song in You, Finding Your Voice, Re-Defining Your Life.  LaDonna uses her own story including her dramatic personal struggles to craft a spiritually uplifting message.  The book contains practical, emotional, and spiritual insights gleaned from her experiences as part of a famous musical family, and also as a woman whose Christian faith caused her to walk away from untold riches and fame to “sing a different song” apart from her brothers.

LaDonna is an active member of the National Speakers Association, and has earned its highest professional designation, the Certified Speaking Professional (CSP).   In July of 2005, LaDonna was one of five speakers (and the only woman!) inducted into the Speakers Hall of Fame (CPAE Council of Peers Award for Excellence), a lifetime award for speaking excellence and professionalism.
