ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Deborah Collins is the Founder and President of Exceptional Women. She is a woman of influence in the 21st century whom God is using to teach, equip and empower the body of Christ on how to embrace their divine purpose and destiny. She is dedicated to raising up servant leaders to engage, impact and transform the seven mountains of cultural influence for the Kingdom of God: Family, Religion, Education, Business, Arts and Entertainment, Media and Government. Using sound biblical teaching, she emphasizes intimacy with God and integrity in every area of life – heart, home and work. An advocate for Truth, Deborah is an anointed author, mentor, speaker and seasoned Bible teacher with a passion for making the truth of God's word come alive in the hearts of believers.
Deborah is also the Executive Producer and Host of the popular talk radio program: Celebrate Women Radio – Real Women, Real Issues, Real AnswersTM! This exciting program can be heard on the WORD 100.7 FM. The show is designed to meet the needs of all women – young or old, married or single, stay-at-home mom or work outside the home. A gifted communicator and speaker, she was privileged to speak at The Potter's House during a reception for the Queen of Buganda, Africa. As an experienced Life and Leadership Coach, she infuses key Biblical principles into her speaking/teaching which God uses to literally transform the lives of individuals. She is also the author of the popular devotional book “Matters of the Heart: A Spiritual Vitamin Devotional” and has published over a dozen Bible studies. In addition, she writes devotionals that are distributed globally via the internet.
Deborah is also the Founder and President of Kingdom Hearts Foundation, a ministry that strives to be "Jesus with skin on" by reaching out in the community. Her humanitarian influence extends from assisting single parent households, to the corridors of nursing homes, to hurricane Katrina evacuees. Deborah was also instrumental in raising funds to purchase and ship over 4,000 Bibles to Ghana, West Africa.
Deborah has served on the board of directors for numerous organizations, including non-profits and professional associations. She has also served in different roles at The Heights Baptist Church where she is a member. However, the title she holds dearest to her heart is that of being the proud mother of her children.
