SUNSETS FOR MY SOUL

"The Mighty One, God, the LORD, speaks and summons the earth from the rising of the sub to the place where it sets."
~Psalm 50:1

Sunsets...God's daily masterpiece.
His work of art on a canvas made of clouds.
He paints a love letter for my soul in
purples, pinks and oranges.

He speaks of his Majesty,
His Splendor, his Sovereignty.
As He tells me:
"All is well my child. Go home and rest.
for I do not sleep nor slumber
as the Savior of your soul."

These purples, pinks and oranges,
his finishing touch at the end of each day,
splash across my heart and say
"All is well as the Son sets over my soul today..."

Prayer:
Father, the heavens declare your glory and the skies proclaim the work of your hands. Day after day they pour forth speech; night after night they display knowledge of the Holy One. You are the Mighty God, the LORD who speaks and summons the earth from the rising of the sun to the place where it sets. May your love splash across our hearts today!
