Janie is a founding board member of Exceptional Women. She is a former CFO for several companies and is now the owner of Pack & Mail Shoppe in Plano, Texas. Janie volunteers with Career Care and Stephens' Ministry through St. Andrew United Methodist Church. She is past president of Women in Executive Leadership, and was named 2001 "Woman of the Year". Janie and her husband David live in Plano and are members of St. Andrew United Methodist Church.

Wendy is a founding board member of Exceptional Women. She is the Owner and President of Blessed Bling and Ministry Gift Shop.com which features unique inspirational jewelry and gift items. She is the former President and Co-Owner of a multi-million dollar telecom company with a tenor of fourteen years. Wendy is actively involved in Exceptional Women and has participated in mission trips to Russia through East West Ministries. Wendy and her husband Jerry live in Dallas and are members of Covenant Church in Carrollton.

Carin is the owner of Trusted Virtual Assistant. She is an offsite “right-hand” resource, for busy professionals, business owners and executives, providing various services to meet their ongoing, part-time needs. Carin brings a wealth of skills, abilities and experience to her VA role, having spent 16-years at EDS in the areas of finance, marketing and business development, as well as three years as the owner/operator of a retail franchise. Carin desires to make a positive impact every day as she represents Jesus. She has a knack for seeing and meeting the practical needs of others, so that they may be freed up to glorify the Lord through their God-given abilities.

Gloria is the owner of Evans Graphic Consultants, LLC, an independent contractor specializing in print and design. She has been in sales for over 20 years and enjoys constantly meeting new people and making new friends. As a results oriented person, she enjoys working with others to help solve problems. She is active in Exceptional Women and the DFW Christian Chamber of Commerce. Gloria and her husband live in Dallas and attend Our Redeemer Lutheran Church.

Denise is a Realtor with Keller Williams Realty, serving both Buyers and Sellers. She utilizes her experiences from over 20 years of corporate management and training background to offer first class, award winning real estate services to her clients. Her desire is to honor and glorify God through her business, which she views as ministry. Denise is a member of Chase Oaks Church in Plano (formerly Fellowship Bible Church North).

Holly has been in the commercial interiors industry for over 10 years. She is a Territory Manager for Shaw Contract Group, the industry’s leading carpet manufacturer owned by Warren Buffett. Holly has set herself apart in her industry by holding high the ethics, morals and values her company was founded on. Her primary role is to help specify and oversee her commercial projects in partnership with the architecture and commercial real estate community. Holly is passionate about raising her two beautiful teenage girls to fear and love the Lord. She also has enjoyed serving in her church community as a group leader. Her recent trip to the Amazon Jungle to love on people from Brazil, gave her a renewed passion to love others well in her own city.

Paula is the owner of Unique Expressions, a faith-based online jewelry boutique. In addition, she has a gift shop at DFW New Beginnings Church in Irving, TX. She is a gifted jewelry designer and also has over 17 years experience in the Interior Design arena. Paula loves studying Hebraic roots and has incorporated Hebraic symbols into her unique jewelry designs. With a heart for ministry, Paula uses her jewelry, passion and giftedness to teach Christians about their Jewish heritage. A native of Oregon, Paula and her husband Lance moved to Rockwall, Texas in 2005 and are active members at DFW New Beginnings Church.
