Cancellations must be received by 12:00 noon the Monday prior to the meeting. No shows for reservations made by phone, email or via the website will be billed. Payment is due within five (5) days of the date of the meeting. A $10 late fee will be assessed on any outstanding balance that is not received within five (5) days of the date of the meeting. A $35 per check for Non Sufficient Funds fee will be charged on all returned checks.
